Terms and Conditions

• During the campaign, every customer will be illegible to play the game after every international transfer via all provider services.
  
• 500  SAR minimum amount to send.
  
• If the customer clicks “No, Thanks”, then they will not be able to play the game for that specific transaction.
  
• After each international transfer, the chance to play the game will expire after 48 hours.
  
• Cash prizes will be credited into the customers wallet once the transferred amount received or delivered to the beneficiary.
  
• If an iPhone 17 prize appears in the Scratch & Win game, the customer will receive the device itself or its cash equivalent of SAR 3,799, credited directly to their urpay wallet.
  
• If the transaction is canceled, refunded, rejected, unreceived, or undelivered, then the cash prizes will not be credited to the customer wallet.
  
• Any pending cash prize will expire after 5 days from the campaign expiry date or once all cash prizes are consumed.
  
• Campaign will expire on Nov 30, 2025 or once all cash prizes are consumed.
  
• When the cash prizes are consumed, the customer will be able to know their eligibility to play before completing the transfer as the “Cash prizes” icon will not be showing on services provider in the select provider screen.
