• The offer is available for urpay individual customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  
• Only successful and completed transfers made through the Domestic Workers Salary Transfer service in the urpay app are eligible.
  
• Declined, refunded, or incomplete transactions are not eligible for the offer.
  
• Customers will receive mokafaa points for every eligible transfer made during the campaign period.
  
• You will earn mokafaa points on the mobile number registered with urpay.
  
• The mobile number must be registered with mokafaa.
  
• Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the draw after completing the qualifying transaction.
  
• mokafaa points will be credited to the urpay wallet within 14 business days after the campaign ends.
  
• Winners will be contacted through their registered contact information in the urpay app.
• rpay reserves the right to exclude or cancel any participation or transaction in case of suspected fraudulent or repeated misuse.
• A total of 10 winners will be selected through the draw.
• Each winner will receive a one-year insurance for their domestic worker, provided by Takaful Al Rajhi.
• 5 winners will be announced on 6 November 2025, and another 5 winners will be announced on 4 December 2025.
