Terms and Conditions

• During the campaign, every customer will be eligible to play the game after each international transfer to Bangladesh via Tahweel Alrajhi only.
  
• Minimum transfer amount is 500 SAR.
  
• If the customer clicks “No, Thanks”, they will not be able to play the game for that transaction.
  
• After each international transfer, the chance to play the game will expire after 48 hours.
  
• Cash rewards will be credited into the customer’s urpay wallet once the transferred amount is received/delivered to the beneficiary.
  
• If the transaction is canceled, refunded, rejected, unreceived, or undelivered, the cash reward will not be credited
  
• Any pending cash reward will expire 5 days after the campaign end date or once all rewards are consumed.
  
• The campaign will expire on 31st of October 2025 or once all rewards are consumed.
  
• When the cash prizes are consumed, the customer will be able to know their eligibility to play before completing the transfer, as the “Cash prizes” icon will not be showing on the service provider in the select provider screen.
• International transfers are subject to foreign exchange rates at the time of execution. urpay is not responsible for any changes or fluctuations in exchange rates before or after the transaction is completed
