Terms and Conditions

• The customer is eligible for cashback when paying the “Household Salaries” via urpay or Alrajhi Bank app.
• A total of 10 winners will be selected.
• 5 winners who transferred their household workers salaries through urpay will be selected, along with another 5 winners who completed the transfer via the Al Rajhi Bank app.
  
• The cashback will not be applied to the salary transfer that qualifies the customer for the draw. Instead, it will be awarded on the next three salary transfers made using the “Household Salaries” service in the urpay app.
• To receive the cashback, the customer must complete three salary transfers within a period of three months.
• The offer is available to all customers.
• The winners will be announced when the campaign ends.
• The maximum cashback amount is 1,000 Saudi Riyals per salary transfer.
• Canceled, refunded, or undelivered transactions are ineligible for the cashback via urpay
