• The offer applies only to customers who received the SMS.
  
• Offer applies to Al Rajhi Bank customers with an active urpay wallet.
  
• The customer will receive the same number of points they redeemed after converting their Mokafaa Points into wallet balance in the urpay app.
  
• The maximum number of points you can earn after redemption is 1000 Mokafaa points.
  
• Customers may benefit from the offer multiple times throughout the campaign period, with a maximum of one eligible redemption per day.
  
• Customer must be enrolled in the Mokafaa program to be eligible for points.
  
• The mobile number used during the transaction must match the one registered with Mokafaa.
  
• Points will be credited within 7 working days from the date the payment is completed.
  
• Points will not be awarded for canceled, refunded, rejected, unsuccessful, or partially/fully reversed transactions.
• urpay and Mokafaa reserve the right to exclude or reverse points in cases of suspected misuse, abnormal activity, fraud attempts, or any behavior intended to abuse the offer.
