• The offer is valid only for customers who received the SMS from urpay.
  
• The offer applies to all top-up transactions through the urpay app only.
  
• Each customer is eligible to win only once during the campaign period.
  
• A weekly draw will be conducted throughout the campaign, with one winner selected each week.
  
• The prize is an iPhone 17 or its cash equivalent of SAR 3,799, credited directly to the winner’s urpay wallet.
  
• To claim the prize, the customer must meet the requirements for opening and using the urpay wallet, and there must be no regulatory or technical restrictions preventing the prize deposit.
  
• urpay reserves the right to disqualify any participant in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
  
• urpay reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer at any time upon obtaining the necessary approvals.
  
• Winners will be contacted through the contact details registered in the urpay app.
• If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within 14 business days from the announcement, urpay reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
