1. The cardholder becomes eligible to participate in the Cashback Game upon completing a qualifying transaction using a UrPay Visa Card. 2. International transactions must be Point-of-Sale (POS) to qualify. International e-commerce transactions will be treated as domestic and will not qualify as international. 3. Each eligible international POS transaction grants the cardholder two chances to play the Cashback Game. 4. A minimum spend of SAR 1 is required to unlock the Cashback Game.
Prize Game: 1. Once the cardholder completes cumulative qualifying transactions totaling SAR 1,500 or more within a calendar month, the Prize Game interface will be unlocked in the UrPay app. 2. The cardholder can play the Prize Game as prompted in the app interface. 3. Winners will be notified, and rewards will be credited to the UrPay wallet after the qualifying transaction is successfully posted and completed.
How to Play:
Cashback Game 1. After completing a qualifying transaction, the cardholder must open the UrPay app, go to the "Transactions" section, and play the Cashback Game. 2. The chance to play the Cashback Game expires 24 hours after the eligible transaction is made. 3. Any rewards won will be instantly credited to the UrPay Wallet and reflected in the wallet statement.
Prize Game 1. Cashback Game: 1. Cashback rewards may reach up to 100% of the eligible transaction amount. 2. Cashback is capped at the value of the transaction.Rewards are credited instantly to the UrPay Wallet. Prize Game: 1. Prize Game rewards range from SAR 0 to SAR 100,000. 2. To qualify, a cumulative eligible transaction must be SAR 1,500 or more within a calendar month. 3. Winners of SAR 10,000 and SAR 100,000 prizes must agree to participate in publicity activities, such as appearing in promotional materials or media. 4. Winners will be notified, and rewards will be credited to the UrPay wallet after the qualifying transaction is successfully posted and completed in the system. 5. The customer is entitled to win only once during the calendar month
General Conditions:
1. Definitions: A- “Cashback Game” is the program that will allow customers to spend on urpay Prepaid Card and earns cashback according to the eligible Transactions. B- “Prize Game” is an additional feature of the urpay rewards program that will further reward customers who transact up to the set threshold of eligible Transactions. C- “Cashback” means the amount that will be credited to urpay Prepaid Card as set forth in this document or as decided by the urpay D- “Eligible Transactions” are all retail transactions, at point of sale or online, charged to urpay Prepaid Card, except for the transactions excluded below. E- “Misuse” means the utilization of urpay Prepaid card must meet personal spend and not be used for commercial purposes or in violation of the provisions and regulations of urpay or those established in the Kingdom.
2. The updated terms and conditions will be available for review on the Urpay website, and it is the cardholder's responsibility to ensure that they are familiar with them. The decision on all matters relating to the Cashback Game will be final and binding on the cardholder. 3. urpay may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, suspend or disable Cashback, set a maximum Cashback limit, or reduce the Cashback percentage based on the transactions of selected categories of merchants and/or transactions without prior notice. 4. Classification of merchant will be determined based on the merchant category code (MCC), and defined by the merchant’s acquiring bank; Acquiring banks are required to follow global standards and definitions of merchant classifications as are set forth by the schemes (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/Diners etc.). urpay cannot be held accountable for incorrect assignment/segmentation 5. Misuse of the urpay Prepaid Card to effect fictitious transactions through POS terminals at merchant outlets or through other means shall not be eligible for Cashback also the card must meet personal spend and not be used for commercial purposes and Urpay has the right to cancel the card and refund the cashback amount granted on the transaction through the “Cashback Game”. 6. Any reversal/part reversal of transactions will result in the withdrawal of Cashback awarded Either completely or partially. 7. No transaction will be eligible for cashback game if: A- Card is Closed; B- Not in good standing in the opinion of urpay; C- The Cardholder’s Cashback Card has expired and was not renewed; D- here has been a breach of the terms and conditions; or E- Any other event, which, in the sole discretion of urpay should result in the cancellation of the urpay Prepaid Card F- Any decision about whether spend on purchases qualify as an Eligible Transaction for the purposes of Cashback and/or how spend are classified for each Cashback category shall be at the sole discretion of urpay. G- Unless otherwise stated, all Eligible Transactions, charged to urpay Card are eligible for Cashback as per the categories defined above except for the following exclusions transactions: - Any fee and charges related to the card - Cash withdrawals and balance transfers. - Digital wallet, digital banks, and Financial Institutions. - Wallets balance loaded. - Charity, payments to charity organizations - Government payments - Sadad payments which are done using urpay wallet - Utilities, legal payments, fines and TAX, services. - Maintenance services, used and new motorcycles and cars for sale. - Utility bills - Petrol services - Public Transportation services - Education fees - Transactions that urpay decides are disputed, erroneous, unauthorized, illegal and/or fraudulent.
8. The Cashback Game is intended to replace any existing or prior cashback on your card.
