Steps to use the app and enjoy airport lounge access:

• Download the Visa Airport Companion app.
• Click “Sign In” and begin the registration process.
• Read the important registration information, then select “Next” until you reach “Done” and click on it.
• Enter urpay Signature card details and select the issuing country “Saudi Arabia” then click “Continue”.
• Wait a few moments for the card validity to be verified through a zero-dollar authorization.
• A 3DS verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code and click “SUBMIT”.
• Enter your personal details, mobile number, agree to the terms, and then click “Continue”.
• Confirm your contact details by clicking “Yes” or “No” to update the information.
• An OTP verification code will be sent to your mobile number or email for verification.
• Create a password to use when logging into the app.
• Registration completed successfully.

Find participating airport lounges and get more information on access:

• Choose “Explore Lounges” from the home page.
• Search for and select the airport, as well as the available terminals.
• Select the desired lounge.
• Choose “Walk-in”.
• The digital membership/QR code has been issued.
• Present your digital membership upon arrival at the airport to access the lounge.
• You can use your allocated lounge entry or pay the entry fee for yourself and your guests, if needed, at the entry point.
• From the home page, you can select the “Membership” icon to be taken directly to your digital membership.
