Terms and Conditions

• This offer applies to all Al Rajhi Bank customers who have an active urpay wallet and hold a Visa Platinum card, and who have not performed any financial transaction using the card for 60 days or more prior to 26 November 2025.
  
• The customer will earn 2,000 Mokafaa points upon completing any eligible purchase transaction using the Visa Platinum card within 48 hours from receiving the in app notification on the urpay app (funding digital Wallets and digital banks are excluded) The mobile number used for the transaction must match the number registered in the Mokafaa program.
  
• Customer must be enrolled in the Mokafaa program to be eligible for points.
  
• The mobile number used during the transaction must match the one registered with Mokafaa.
  
• Points will be credited within 7 working days from the date the payment is completed.
  
• Points will not be awarded for canceled, refunded, rejected, unsuccessful, or partially/fully reversed transactions.
• urpay and Mokafaa reserve the right to exclude or reverse points in cases of suspected misuse, abnormal activity, fraud attempts, or any behavior intended to abuse the offer.
  
• This offer is offered once per customer and cannot be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.
