• Offer applies to Al Rajhi Bank customers with an active urpay wallet.
  
• Customers will earn 1 Mokafaa point for every 1 SAR spent at the Marketplace within the urpay app, using the mobile number registered in the Mokafaa program.
  
• Customer must be enrolled in the Mokafaa program to be eligible for points.
  
• The mobile number used during the transaction must match the one registered with Mokafaa.
  
• Points will be credited within 3 working days from the date the payment is completed.
  
• No minimum spend is required.
  
• Points will not be awarded for canceled, refunded, rejected, unsuccessful, or partially/fully reversed transactions.
• urpay and Mokafaa reserve the right to exclude or reverse points in cases of suspected misuse, abnormal activity, fraud attempts, or any behavior intended to abuse the offer.
