• The offer applies only to customers who received the SMS.
  
• The customer will receive an additional 10% cashback on the wallet top-up amount.
  
• The maximum cashback amount is 10 SAR.
  
• The offer is valid for the first 3,000 customers only during the campaign period.
  
• Each customer can benefit from the offer once only during the campaign period.
  
• The wallet top-up must be successfully completed within the urpay app to be eligible for cashback.
  
• The cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s wallet within 3 business days from the completion of the eligible transaction.
  
• Cashback will not be granted for canceled, rejected, unsuccessful, or partially/fully reversed transactions.
  
• urpay reserves the right to exclude or cancel the cashback in cases of suspected misuse, abnormal activity, or fraud attempts.
