• Offer applies to Al Rajhi Bank customers with an active urpay wallet.
  
• Each customer will earn 100 mokafaa points after they top up their urpay wallet and complete a purchase transaction (funding digital Wallets and digital banks are excluded (using the mobile number registered in the Mokafaa program.
  
• The customer must complete a purchase transaction with a minimum value of 10 SAR to be eligible for the mokafaa points.
  
• Customers may benefit from the offer multiple times throughout the campaign period, with a maximum of one eligible redemption per day.
  
• Customer must be enrolled in the Mokafaa program to be eligible for points.
  
• The mobile number used during the transaction must match the one registered with Mokafaa.
  
• Points will be credited within 7 working days from the date the payment is completed.
  
• Points will not be awarded for canceled, refunded, rejected, unsuccessful, or partially/fully reversed transactions.
  
• urpay and Mokafaa reserve the right to exclude or reverse points in cases of suspected misuse, abnormal activity, fraud attempts, or any behavior intended to abuse the offer.
