Terms and Conditions

• The customer will be eligible for a balance of 10 SAR after completing the registration and identity verification process in urpay app during the offer period
• The customer must complete all registration and identity verification steps via Nafath and filling in personal data to be eligible for the offer
• The amount will be deposited into the customer's wallet within 5 business days
• To deposit the amount into the customer's wallet, the wallet status must be active on time of crediting the amount to customer’s wallet
• The customer is ineligible if the registration process is not completed or the verification process is completed or if the customer's wallet status is inactive or blocked during the offer period
• The offer is only applicable to customers who have received a text message
• If the customer reaches the monthly limit, the amount will be deposited in the following month
• The offer starts from 29 January 2025 until th01 of february 2025
